Spring Branch ISD (SBISD) Magnet Schools
According to SBISD, more than 180,000 residents living in approximately a 44 square mile area in the Memorial/ Spring Branch neighborhoods of Houston and 6 incorporated villages send students to its district. The incorporated villages are Bunker Hill, Hedwig, Hilshire, Hunters Creek, Piney Point, and Spring Valley. These students attend 26 elementary schools, 7 regular middle schools, 3 charter middle schools, 4 traditional high schools, and 1 alternative high school.
Currently, we only profile “dedicated magnet” schools in Spring Branch in which no students are zoned to these schools; everyone is admitted on the basis of their qualifying applications.
